Cascade Kettle Korn produces an all natural gourmet, slightly sweet, slightly salted custom popped popcorn. Our product is popped in premium salad grade soybean oil that has no cholesterol or saturated fat and doesn't interfere with the rich, full flavor of the gourmet popping corn. During the popping process we add refined pure cane sugar. Our fourth ingredient, triple milled salt, is added after the corn is popped and transferred into the Original Kettle Korn signature copper receiving kettle. This process creates a delicious blending of two of everyone's favorite cravings; a little sweet & a little salt.
